Flat floors, straight grout lines, clean mitres, even silicone. We keep an eye on the details most people only notice when they're wrong, and we'd rather take an extra day than leave something we're not proud of.
No shortcuts
Not on prep, not on waterproofing, not on cure times, and not where you can't see. What's under the tiles is what keeps them there and keeps the water out.
Communication
You'll know what's happening each day, what's next and what we need from you. If something changes on site, you hear it from us first, before it's done.
Quality costs
Our prices sit above average, and we're upfront about that. Better materials and proper prep take time. The difference is a job you don't have to redo.

About Circle Contracting
Circle Contracting Group is a Perth construction trades company, based in Beldon. Our crews of tilers, carpenters and labourers have been working on homes, commercial sites and builders' projects across Perth since 2024.
Since then we've retiled bathrooms for property managers, tiled pools and shop floors, framed a warehouse mezzanine office, fitted out a commercial unit for a builder, and supplied carpenters to builders by the week. Our clients are homeowners, builders, property managers and shop owners, and most of them found us through word of mouth.
We'd like to keep earning it that way: turn up when we say we will, quote honestly, and leave the site clean. You have one point of contact from the first call to the final invoice.

How much will my job cost?
It depends on the area, the tile size, what has to come out first, and how much prep the floor needs before it's flat and falling the right way. That's why we look before we price. Your quote is itemised by the square metre, with waterproofing, screeding, trims and every extra on their own lines, so you can see exactly where the money goes.
How long does a bathroom take?
Cure times set the pace more than the tiling does: a screed and a waterproofing membrane each need time to dry before anything goes on top, and plumbers and electricians have to fit in around them. You'll get a start date and an expected finish with the quote, and we'll tell you straight away if anything on site changes that.
Is waterproofing included?
In every wet area, yes, and it's on the quote as its own line. We waterproof to AS 3740: primer, bond breakers at the junctions, puddle flanges at the wastes, water stops, then two coats of a Class III membrane, left to cure fully. How we waterproof.
Can you supply the tiles?
Either way works. We can supply and deliver the tiles and all the setting materials, or lay tiles you've already chosen. If you're still deciding, we'll tell you what suits the room and the floor underneath.
Can you tile over my existing tiles?
Sometimes. The old tiles need to be flat, solid and well stuck down, and the new floor height has to work with your doors, which we trim to suit. If tiling over would cause problems later, we'll say so and quote to take them up instead.
Do you do the plumbing and electrical?
That work is done by licensed plumbers and electricians. On a bathroom renovation we organise them around our work, so you're not coordinating three trades yourself.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. A few cracked tiles, a regrout, a door that sticks, a benchtop to fit. For those you can book a tiler or carpenter by the hour. Hourly rates.
